നിര്‍ഭയ കേസില്‍ ദയാഹരജി തള്ളിയ രാഷ്ട്രപതിയുടെ തീരുമാനം ചോദ്യം ചെയ്ത് പ്രതി വിനയ് ശര്‍മ നല്‍കിയ ഹരജി കോടതി തള്ളി
. ജസ്റ്റിസ് ആര്‍ ബാനുമതി അധ്യക്ഷയായ ബഞ്ചാണ് ഹരജി തള്ളിയത്.
ഡൽഹി :നിര്‍ഭയ കേസില്‍ ദയാഹരജി തള്ളിയ രാഷ്ട്രപതിയുടെ തീരുമാനം ചോദ്യം ചെയ്ത് പ്രതി വിനയ് ശര്‍മ നല്‍കിയ ഹരജി കോടതി തള്ളി. ജസ്റ്റിസ് ആര്‍ ബാനുമതി അധ്യക്ഷയായ ബഞ്ചാണ് ഹരജി തള്ളിയത്.വിനയ് ശര്‍മക്ക് ആരോഗ്യപ്രശ്നങ്ങളുണ്ടെന്ന വാദം കോടതി അംഗീകരിച്ചില്ല. മതിയായ പരിശോധന രാഷ്ട്രപതി നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ല എന്ന വിനയ് ശര്‍മയുടെ വാദവും കോടതി നിരസിച്ചു .

Supreme Court also said in its order, that the medical reports said that Vinay is psychologically fit and his medical condition is stable. The Apex Court dismissed his petition, finding it devoid of merit.
